I work with individuals, couples, and families in the areas of personal growth, relationship issues, mood disorders, problem solving, and trauma resolution. I have specialized training and experience in women’s issues, addictions, action methods, families of alcoholics/addicts, abuse/trauma survivors, grief and loss, gay and lesbian issues, and mixed orientation marriages. My Masters degree is in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (MH #7778) and Washington State (LH 61578763). I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist, a Trainer, Educator, and Practitioner of Group Psychotherapy, Psychodrama and Sociometry, and trained to conduct Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR sessions) for trauma resolution. I am trained in couples therapy methods, to include Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Couples Betrayal Recovery Therapy. My full certifications and qualifications are listed below. Men's Sexual Recovery and Partners Betrayal Trauma Groups:
I facilitate a men's recovery group, centered on the task approach to sexual addiction treatment developed by Dr. Patrick Carnes. I also facilitate a group for partners who have been betrayed by infidelity. Please click on the Sexual Addiction Therapy tab above.
